Yeah, neither did I. XD This started out as a doodle, I couldn't get his hips and legs right, but through some coxing from a friend I went ahead and polished this up. I'm glad I did. Although I regret outlining all the light blue parts with a darker blue; same with the wings... But oh well, that's how Neopets colors their Faerie Meercas. I have LT a new hair doo, he's still got the little poney tail in the back, but now he's got a fluff of hair that goes to one side on the top of his head.
