Ahhh, this brings back memories of my icon-animating days... Image Ready was my best friend before it got... removed. e_E Anywho, your tutorial is lookin' good. ^_^

I work in Image Ready too, but I have troubles in uploading the gif file to deviantart. Maybe you know the problem and can help me?

Hmm, I'm sorry, but I don't think I'd be able to help you. To be honest I haven't uploaded a .gif file format in a long time. The last time I did I believe DA was still using that 100x100 preview image requirement; I don't know if they're still using that method on the site. ^^;
